Description Lead the Industrial Engineering requirements associated with the commercialization of new products or technologies. Benchmark and develop optimized labor standards, provide insight, input and support for line trials, Dfmea, Pfmea and RFT Tech Readiness. Research, develop and create improvements, which enhance productivity, cost, product quality and customer service of the Estee Lauder companies. Works closely with the Supply Chain management on the development and implementation of global strategies and initiatives, including Category strategies. Develops and implements strategic projects supporting the plants and affiliates. Ensure the best manufacturing techniques are used in production & manufacturing for optimum quality, cost, customer service and quantity output. Provide engineering support for capital equipment purchases, technical services, filling and assembly operations.
