Electrical Superintendent (Data Center Focus; Concrete Experience Preferred) Position Summary We are hiring an Electrical Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale projects, with a strong preference for mission-critical/data center experience. Concrete experience is preferred-particularly around duct banks, grounding grids, embeds, and cast-in-place conduit. This role ensures safety, quality, and schedule performance from rough-in through energization and commissioning. Responsibilities Lead electrical field operations: plan daily/weekly work, direct crews, and coordinate trade partners. Sequence work with civil/concrete teams (slab/structural pours, embeds, sleeves, deck penetrations). Oversee installation of MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, grounding/bonding, and pathways. Coordinate closely with MEP, controls, and low-voltage teams for clash-free installation.
