Position Description & Qualifications The Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) Certification Assistance Program (CAP) is an initiative by Serco to expand the recruiting pipeline for the Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program. Many qualified SCC candidates possess the required education and professional experience but lack the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential, which is a mandatory requirement for employment as an H2F SCC.
