Candidates must be based in the Nashville, Murfreesboro, or Smyrna, TN area, with up to 50% travel - The Sr Customer Success Manager will take a leading role in the on-the-ground implementation of the Verifi product and training for our customers. They will work on implementing the initiatives that their respective account's Customer Engagement Manager and Customer management team have mutually agreed upon. This role is highly field-based and hands-on, working directly with concrete producers, operators, and site managers to ensure successful system adoption and sustained performance.
