Begin date: 4/1/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 12 Job Duties: Prepare and cook food according to the instructions and requirements set by Sous and Executive Chefs and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Complete daily prep list. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils. Cook batches of food such as chicken, fish and meat. Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in the work area. Create sauces and stocks. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep fryers and griddles. Pre-cook items in order to prepare for later use. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required. Verify that prepared foods meet quality and quantity requirements. Clean, stock and restock workstations and reach-ins. Assist Sous Chef and Lead Cook in ensuring proper amounts and types of supplies and food are ordered and delivered to the kitchen, if necessary.
