Project Payroll Position Summary The Prevailing Wage & Compliance Reporting Analyst is responsible for managing all wage compliance and reporting requirements for HUD and MSHDA projects. This role brings work currently handled by a third-party consulting firm in-house, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, subcontractor compliance, and uninterrupted project draw payments. The position will support multiple concurrent projects and collaborate closely with Accounting, HR, and external subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Manage all prevailing wage and compliance reporting for HUD and MSHDA-funded construction projects Prepare, submit, and maintain required wage reports and compliance documentation on a recurring (monthly/project-based) basis Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure all required documentation is submitted, accurate, and up to date Verify subcontractor compliance with federal and state requirements, including SAM.gov registration and reporting standards...
