Position Summary JOB DESCRIPTION This position reports to the Director, Tax Reporting and will provide manager level support to the ASC 740 process as well as assist with various projects related to the department’s operations as needed. The position’s ASC 740 responsibilities will include review and maintenance of quarterly/annual tax packages prepared by Tax Department personnel (as supported by domestic/foreign finance teams), cash tax forecasting, and managing tax information included in the company’s consolidated tax provision, external financial reporting materials and domestic tax compliance. This position will indirectly manage dedicated staff locally and in a regional service center.
