AmeriCorps RISE On-Track Mentor Application Timeline: We are hiring an immediate replacement On-Track Mentor for our AmeriCorps service program. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), in-person role based at a public school in Hartford, CT. The position is a six-month term beginning in February, during which the member will complete 900 hours of service in alignment with our existing program structure. This role also offers the opportunity to re-enroll in our continuing yearly program starting in Fall 2026, at which point it may be converted to a full-time position.
