William Charles Construction, a MasTec Company, is currently hiring a Contracts Coordinator to support our civil construction operations for all William Charles Companies. This role is responsible for issuing downstream subcontracts and purchase orders, managing document control, processing change orders, tracking insurance, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in a unionized, heavy civil environment and an understanding of construction documentation and compliance requirements. This is an onsite position in our Rockford, IL office.
