Job Description We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join an OB clinic and support a Care Coordination team for 32 hours per week. In this role, you will provide patient education, triage, and case management for patients. Additionally, you will manage patients' medical records and refer them to social services and programs as necessary. The clinic serves a diverse patient population, and you will work closely with interpretive services to ensure effective communication.
