What We Can Achieve Together: The Land Protection Specialist will be part of the Pennsylvania/Delaware Business Unit of The Nature Conservancy. This position will provide support to the land protection team implementing land protection activities in Pennsylvania to conserve and maintain connectivity between the Central & Northern Appalachians for climate change adaptation as well as land protection activities in Delaware to support marsh migration in response to Sea Level Rise. We’re Looking for You: The Land Protection Specialist supports the implementation of Pennsylvania and Delaware land protection strategies. The Specialist will support the land protection team in implementing the strategies and employ a full range of protection tools to acquire varying degrees of legal interest in land, provide project support and coordination, and create maps using ArcGIS.
