Position Summary The Deputy Chief Engineer for Project Development oversees the activities of the Project Management Section, Major Projects/Design Build Project Management, Construction Contacts, Utilities Section, Right of Way Bureau and Environmental Section. Advertising construction projects is one of the core functions of the Highway Division. It is the responsibility of the Deputy Chief Engineer to ensure that there is a coordinated approach to the preparation of design and contract documents.
