Reporting directly to the Vice President of Student Services and Retention, the Student Services Operations Manager oversees key administrative processes, workflow systems, compliance practices, and cross-departmental coordination that support student success from enrollment through graduation. In addition to leading operational efficiency and technology-driven workflows (JotForm, Microsoft Office Suite), this role plays a central part in coordinating and finalizing compliance-related publications and institutional documents, including the College Catalog, Student Handbook, and standardized student communications that ensure regulatory alignment and institutional consistency.
