Labor and Employee Relations Senior Manager Grade 16 Non-Bargaining Unit FLSA Exempt BASIC FUNCTION Under the direction of the Dean of People and Culture, serve as a labor and employee relations expert on behalf of the Vermont State Colleges System (VSCS) institutions (the Community College of Vermont and the Vermont State University) in labor and employee relations issues. Serve as management representative in collective bargaining and help ensure compliance with union contracts and VSCS policies/procedures. Provide consistent, professional and timely services to assigned servicing areas.
