Position Title: Assistant Director, Student Success Time Type: Full time Position Summary and Qualifications: The Assistant Director provides direct outreach and support to transfer and commuting undergraduate students to help them stay on track and succeed. The role coordinates transfer orientation programs, trains peer mentors, and advises the commuter student organization while overseeing engagement in the Commuter Lounge. The Assistant Director also manages outreach to students at key points of transition—including leaves of absence, stop-outs, and withdrawals—and ensures timely follow-up through student success systems. In addition, the position supervises student staff, coordinates surveys and basic data tracking, and offers regular office hours.
