CDC of Ohio is a small community development consulting firm located in Columbus, Ohio that specializes in the administration of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home (HOME) Investment Partnership “CHIP Housing” as well as other State program grants. CDC of Ohio is looking for a candidate to help with the administration of CDBG Allocation, Neighborhood Revitalization, Critical Infrastructure, Residential Public Infrastructure, and/or Community Housing Impact and Preservation Programs (CHIP) and related grant programs for small cities and counties. These grants primarily focus on improving public infrastructure and housing. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, City and Regional Planning, Urban Studies, Geography or related field or experience.
