The Principal, Healthcare Education Solutions is responsible for driving the strategic design, development, and delivery of innovative healthcare and allied health education solutions that address critical workforce needs in this rapidly evolving sector. Serving as both a subject matter expert (SME) and strategic advisor, this role helps shape Workforce Edge’s (WFE) portfolio of healthcare solutions to meet the demands of employers, employees, and academic partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Workforce Edge Portfolio Strategy, the Principal collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, partner engagement, sales, and customer success to curate and optimize a portfolio of healthcare and allied health programs.
