Your tasks YOUR TASKS Responsible for leading departmental training and certification efforts by delivering hands-on shopfloor instruction, maintaining accurate training records, and ensuring employees are fully qualified on processes and equipment. This role partners with leadership to assess training effectiveness, address skill gaps, support cross-functional needs, and model company values with flexibility, accountability, and engagement.
