Your tasks YOUR TASKS Responsible for executing departmental training and certification programs by delivering hands-on shopfloor instruction, maintaining accurate training records, and ensuring employees fully understand new processes and procedures. This role collaborates closely with leadership to assess training effectiveness, address skill gaps, support cross-functional needs, and model company values with flexibility and accountability. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Maintain and execute the training plan for all certification and recertification processes within the department. Actively conduct on-the-job training on the shopfloor – trainers are expected to be visible, engaged, and hands-on with trainees.
