Description The Human Resources Intern helps with various projects within the People Operations team, however, primarily oversees the management of UNICO's team member benefit and wellness programs. As the main point of contact for benefits, this role collaborates closely with the Director of People Operations to enhance programs, streamline processes, and resolve issues. This position leads efforts regarding benefits to team members, address inquiries, and troubleshoot challenges. Requirements Responsibilities Benefits Management Oversees the day-to-day administration of all team member benefit programs, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Voluntary, STD, LTD, 401(k), COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, and Employee Assistance Program.
