Position Overview This is a regular student technical position serving as “Student Multimedia Specialist” which will assist with all aspects of technology training and will support the Multimedia Services department division of the Office of Information Technology within the College of Liberal Arts. Hours per Week Up to 20 hours per week. College/Department Office of Information Technology (IT). Department Specific Job Functions Assist IT in providing a high level of customer service to faculty, staff, and students at UCO. Assist with multimedia requests, set up audio visual equipment for presentations, troubleshoot and maintain multimedia equipment across campus. Assist staff with the audio visual equipment check out program and streaming media services. Assist technology trainers with room setup for training classes. Light cleaning duties.
