Description The Human Resources Intern helps with various projects within the People Operations team, however, primarily oversees the management of UNICO's team member benefit and wellness programs. As the main point of contact for benefits, this role collaborates closely with the Director of People Operations to enhance programs, streamline processes, and resolve issues.
