HOPE COMMUNITY CHURCH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART-TIME) POSITION SUMMARY: Administrative Assistants at Hope Community Church serve to advance the church’s mission by providing administrative and organizational support for ministries and staff. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES General Administrative Greet and welcome visitors, providing necessary guidance and assistance. Order supplies for the office, Sunday services, classes, and special events. Monitor inventory of supplies and reorder / restock as needed. Answer the phone and respond to or forward voicemail messages. Respond to or forward email messages that come to the general email account. Assist HCC members and individuals from community organizations with scheduling use of the building.
