Temple Beth Shalom Preschool Substitute Teachers Needed Substitute qualifications: High School Diploma and Early Childhood experience necessary. $18 per hour - starting wage 1. Attendance at work during all agreed-upon hours 2. Set up and maintain a child-centered classroom environment 4. Follow the plans that have been created, that enhance the mission and the goals of the program, as well as the Judaic content of the curriculum. 5. Encourage the growth of positive identity, self-esteem and self-discipline in the children they teach. 6. Ensure that the children in their care are well supervised at all times, consistent with the New Mexico licensing requirements and Accreditation standards. 7.
