Job Overview Harrington Civil Engineers, Inc. (HCEI) is a local central Vermont, Upper Valley civil engineering firm focusing on residential water/wastewater design and permitting, municipal road and bridge projects, Act 250 permitting, and other related jobs. HCEI is seeking a Civil Drafter- 1099 subcontractor or part-time W-2 employee- to provide drafting services for our bigger projects. This is an in-person, part-time position (20 hours per week with potential for more hours with the right candidate). Essential Duties/Functions: Manage all CAD work on a project, under the direct supervision of Company Principal/ Professional Engineer. Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D to develop base plans and generate complete plan sets from survey to final plan stage.
