ABOUT: We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable part-time accounting clerk to support our daily financial obligations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliation; Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems; Process payments; Support month-end and year-end closing tasks; Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed; and Other general accounting and administrative duties.
