Prepare and distribute meals in accordance with approved menu and daily demand. 2. Clean equipment, spaces and utensils when through serving and return to proper area. 3. Maintain records and reports as directed. 4. Other such duties as may be assigned by the Food Service Supervisor. 5. Participate in in-service training. 6. Knowledge of or willingness to learn employee’s requirements to comply with safety and health standards, rules, regulations, and orders issued under the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Act (MI-OSHA) and applicable to her/his conduct.
