Position: Occupational Therapist (Hand Therapy Focus) Clinic Location: Palos Heights, IL Schedule: Part-time, 3 days/week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday Start: As soon as you’re ready Pay: Competitive, based on hand therapy experience + splinting skill set Why this role exists Our Palos Heights outpatient clinic has a steady flow of upper-extremity referrals and we’re adding a dedicated OT who truly enjoys hand therapy—not someone who tolerates it between general ortho cases. If you like seeing measurable progress, building strong patient rapport, and geeking out over splint angles and tendon protocols, you’ll fit right in. What your week will look like You’ll run your own hand/upper-extremity caseload in a busy outpatient environment.
