We are looking for a capable, organised office administrator to join our growing, supportive team. This is a hands-on role that sits at the centre of our day-to-day operations, supporting both our hand therapy supply business and our rehabilitation equipment team. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable working independently without close supervision. About the role Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing and processing online client orders (orders are received via Shopify and entered into Xero) * Packing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently (hand therapy) * Managing hand therapy stock levels and dispatch, in coordination with our warehouse manager * Assisting the office and sales teams with the coordination of equipment trials within our rehabilitation business * Providing general administrative and customer support across the wider office as needed No two days are the same, and you will be trusted to...
