They support all internal and external stakeholders in ensuring the `best fit' is achieved by balancing the needs of the individuals, with the number of activity placements available. Through the monitoring of waitlists and timely handling of referrals, your flexibility to respond to the ever changing needs of people in prison will be paramount to their success and yours.
