The Business Manager will be responsible for the finance function, human resources, and business insurance. The Business Manager will provide to the Pastor(s) and appropriate committees, chairpersons, or officers any information requested regarding the finances of the church including, but not limited to: past or present church audits, budgets and financial reports, financial reports to the charge conference, district or annual conference, records of church giving and stewardship records, reports of giving and expense for specific ministry areas in the church or specific income and costs for all rentals, and payroll information for all employees.
