About the Role Waihōpai Hauora is seeking a passionate and committed Kaiārahi to provide culturally safe, mana-enhancing, and whānau-centred engagement within the Multi-Disciplinary Response System (MDRS) of Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke ki Murihiku This recently developed role is pivotal in ensuring that whānau voice, aspirations, and lived experience are actively upheld across Safety Assessment Meetings (SAM), Integrated Safety Response (ISR), and wider multi-agency processes. You will work alongside iwi, hapū, government, and community organisations to strengthen whānau participation, promote equity, and support coordinated, responsive services.
