Job Description The Quality Control Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all design and construction activities meet project specifications, contractual requirements, and federal standards. This role provides the technical expertise needed to review, inspect, and document daily work activities with precision and consistency. While the Project Manager and Superintendent oversee overall project delivery, the QC Manager focuses exclusively on enforcing quality requirements and compliance. To maintain independence from competing priorities (schedule, safety, productivity), the QC Manager reports directly to the Superintendent.
