Position Overview The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides individualized, behavior-analytic services to children enrolled at the Edna A. Hill Child Development Center. The RBT works closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), case managers, graduate students, undergraduate practicum students, and faculty to implement high-quality care practices aligned with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) licensing regulations.
