Requisition Id 15920 Overview: We are seeking a Procurement Officer ii who will provide advanced federal subcontract and procurement support to the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). This position will focus on administering and managing medium to high complexity subcontracts and purchase orders for commercial services and materials, with an emphasis on delivering a high level of professionalism, regulatory compliance, and customer service. The successful candidate will lead acquisition strategies for medium to high-value, multi-year procurements, ensure compliance with FAR, DEAR, and DOE requirements, and serve as a subject matter expert on federal purchasing practices.
