Description: Bioinformatics Core in the Brown Cancer Center at the University of Louisville has an opening for a FULL-TIME postdoctoral research position in bioinformatics and computational biology. The research project will be focused on the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data (RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, CLIP-seq, etc.) and IMC data (CyTOF and Hyperion data). The candidate will also work on developing novel computational and statistical methods for the analysis of massive genome and transcriptome data. Highly motivated candidates with prior relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
