JOB The Talent Acquisition (TA) division of Human Resources (HR) is seeking to hire for two positions, a TA Supervisor and a TA Partner. The TA Supervisor will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals in recruitment, manage executive-level hiring processes, and lead committees and projects that support innovative and effective hiring practices to champion the county’s goal of disparities elimination in employment. This position will supervise a team of talent acquisition partners, specialists and assistants for the Law, Safety and Justice and Public Works lines of business. This position will also oversee data collection, metrics, measures, and reports related to attraction and hiring.
