Role Summary The Patient Navigator (PN) is a remote, full-time role within the U.S. Patient Engagement Team. The PN serves as a guide for individuals with AA and their caregivers, helping them understand the treatment landscape and access available resources. This field-based, community-facing position emphasizes patient education, support, and connection to local, regional and national community partners. The PN is responsible for overseeing major programs, driving strategic initiatives, and working with cross-functional teams. The PN has advanced expertise in the patient journey, which may inform organizational direction through key insights that contribute to long-term business objectives.
