Job Responsibilities Responds to calls and visits from employees/management staff regarding employee relations matters to include counseling and advising. Reviews requests for corrective action to ensure compliance with agency policy and state regulations. Provides guidance and support to management and coordinates with the office of general counsel to ensure fair and accurate application of the corrective action policy and guidelines. Investigates and researches complaints of discrimination, harassment, grievance and other employment issues or conflicts. Follows up in a timely manner with all parties and works towards finding solutions to resolve issues. Properly documents all investigations and actions.
