About the Role We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on AI-driven automation to join the Ansible Nexus Team. In this position, you'll help shape the next-generation engine that powers both traditional and agentic automation workflows. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to architect, build, and maintain a new AI-enhanced automation experience. You'll also leverage AI tools throughout the development lifecycle and play an active role in determining how these tools can best support the team.
