The FP&A Manager will play a key role in Firmwide Budgeting, Forecasting, and Management Reporting across the organization. A central focus of this role is leading the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning, including building budgeting and forecasting capabilities, financial reporting infrastructure, and planning models within the system. The position will work closely with Senior Managers and collaborate with the FP&A Director to deliver timely, accurate financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring an in-depth understanding of the budgeting and forecasting processes specific to professional services firms, along with hands-on experience building financial models, cash forecasts, and long-range plans.
