Job Description A manufacturing client is seeking a Systems Endpoint Engineer to join their team! This role is heavily hands-on and focused on ensuring employees are fully supported across hardware, software, and user access. Day-to-day responsibilities include working the help desk, responding to tickets, providing desk-side and remote support, and preparing equipment for new hires based on HR onboarding requests. The engineer will image and configure laptops and desktops, install and replace hardware, support printers (including toner ordering and replacement), handheld scanners, Zebra printers, and mobile devices.
