Job Posting Title 2nd Tool Room Tech Job Description Summary Interact with Crew Supervisor and Manufacturing Specialists to provide needed tooling and direction for the purpose of assisting employees to make product that meets the Customer’s expectations at levels of productivity that meet or exceed the established plan. Job Description: REPORTS TO Reports directly to the Tool Room Supervisor, in-directly to Tool Room Machinist. RESPONSIBILITIES Operation of the Makino Milling Machines and other tool room equipment as trained, (i.e. Wheelabrator, manual mill and grinders) Tooling preparations i.e. breakdown, cleaning and building of tooling to be machined. Measure step heights on punches and log data into the tool room step list. Maintain punch cut records, compacting tool sign-out sheets and dispense to oven sheets.
