Your Tasks Provides support in functional areas of human resources, including but not limited to payroll, expatriate employee and/or labor relations, benefit enrollment, new hire orientations, new hire administration, expatriate coordination and compensation. Lead salaried recruitment process, responsible for hiring decisions, as required. Key User for Umantis system for site location including duties, but not limited to, main oversight and review of data, analytical report running & review of data to drive business decisions related to any compliance needs. Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies as it relates to payroll and expatriate compensation.
