Role Overview PIC North America, a Genus Company , has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Genetic Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead training, monitor progress, and execute the technical implementation of PIC’s genetic program across Elite Farms. You’ll work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment and collaborate across multiple teams while also being able to work independently. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. High communication skills, data analysis expertise, and livestock project management experience are essential for success in this role.
