A customer in Beavercreek is looking for an Administrative assistant for a key role. The Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Repair Station by managing customer interactions, quoting repair orders, and ensuring the timely processing of jobs. This position requires strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities Prepare and send quotes for repair orders daily. Process repair station orders upon customer approval of quotes. Manage and follow up on exchange order quotes.
