JOB TITLE: Bartender – Rugby Grille REPORTS TO: Director of Food & Beverage The Rugby Grille Bartender will be part of a professional, fine dining, and restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge base of spirits, and enthusiasm for sharing that knowledge with our guests. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Produces beverages in accordance to Rugby Grille portion and ingredients standards. Follows Forbes Travel Guide quality standards in delivering gracious, thoughtful, personal experiences so memorable that the guest asks for or refers to you by name Operates all transactions through the point of sale system and records change transactions. Demonstrates keen observation of all guests consuming alcoholic beverages as trained in the Alcohol Awareness program. Comfortable with various bartending techniques including: jiggering, stirring, various shaking methods. Working knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes....
