Job Description Our maintenance staff are critical to the university's success. They are responsible for keeping the university operational 24/7. Our maintenance department consists of a team of skilled Maintenance Engineers who are skilled trade generalists with some level of experience in Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing. The licensed Plumber will work with our Maintenance Engineers and be responsible for directing work and senior-level troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential plumbing systems.
