Primary Duties & Responsibilities Identifies and corrects building/equipment issues. Works on assignments that are highly complex in nature, where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may supervise the activities of other nonexempt personnel. Perform duties in the fields of electrical, electronics, controls programming, plumbing, mechanical, vacuum systems, or (HVAC is a plus). Education & Experience Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience.
