Overview: The Director of Preconstruction position will be responsible for the oversight of the estimating operations. In general, this position will be responsible for cost preparation, proposal closeout/submittals and all other ancillary estimating functions for both public and private sector work, management of a 5-10 person estimating staff, compliance with corporate estimating practices, project budgets and the job control setup process.
